Chicken
Salad Chick has announced it’s growing even more in Arkansas with a
new location in Fayetteville.
It
was less than a year ago that restaurant opened its first Arkansas
location in Jonesboro, and the newest location in the state is a sign
that the company continues to grow in the Southeast U.S. The
restaurant will be located on East Joyce Boulevard and is set to have
its grand opening Aug. 28.
The
first guest in line will get a code for one large Quick Chicken of
chicken salad every week for the whole year. The 99 other people will
get free chicken salad for a year. Guests who do not make it in the
first 100 have an opportunity to win chicken salad for a year.
- On Aug. 29, the first 100 guests who buy the Chicken Special will also get a free Classic Carol Scoop.
- On Aug. 30, the first 50 guests who buy the Chick Trio will get a free custom Chick tumbler.
- On Aug. 31, the first 50 guests who buy two large Quick Chicks will get a large Chick cooler for free.
First-time
franchisee owner Sharon Etchison of 72 Hours, LLC. will own and
operate the Fayetteville restaurant. Etchison has a background in
human resource management and business administration. She has skills
in directing operations and will work with her husband to ensure the
Fayetteville CSC location is a success.
The
pair had always wanted to own a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant when
they first learned about it in Mobile.
Etchison
said the great food and hospitable nature lured her into the brand as
a customer, and it’s also what makes her happy to be a franchise
owner. She said the company isn’t like any other and can hold its
own in a market dominated by burger and taco places. Etchison said
its menu items and variety will be a hit in the city.
She
said she’s excited to be opening the doors soon.
Stacy Brown founded Chicken Salad Chick in 2008, offering over a dozen original chicken salad flavors along with gourmet soups, fresh side salads, great desserts and signature sandwiches. With so many choices out there, all guests will find something to enjoy.
There are currently 125 fast-casual Chicken Salad Chick restaurants in 15 states.
