Servings – 2
- 1 cup of peeled mango, diced
- 1 cup plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt (low fat yoghurt can also be use)
- Milk (optional)

food processor to process the mixture. After blending, check for
consistency, if it comes out too thick, feel free to add some water
or milk to lighten.
