$0.80 each, $0.70 Each for twelve or more. Our bagels are made from scratch "in-house" every day, at each location. Every step, from the mixing of dough to the baking, is done on-premises. We follow a traditional all-natural recipe, with NO fats or preservatives, and we only use unbleached, unbromated flours - for health, and for flavor. We boil our bagels just before baking, per New York style. (If they're not boiled first, they're not authentic "NY style.") Our "100% Whole Wheat" bagels are just that - they're made entirely from healthy 100% whole-grain wheat flour. (There are several technical challenges in producing a true Whole Wheat bagel, which is why you won't find them in most other bagel bakeries.) We bake continuously - morning, noon, and night.
